For generations, múcua has been part of Angola’s food culture. Its naturally tangy pulp brings a distinctive flavour and a story worth sharing. We’re exploring how it can become part of a considered plant-protein blend.
Baobab pulp contains vitamin C, fibre and minerals. The nutrition of our finished blend will depend on formulation and testing. Ingredients, serving sizes and packaging are not yet final.
